Diploma of Community Services – SGSCC
This course is designed to give you the right skills and knowledge to work with people, and assist them in seeking solutions to a range of personal and social issues. Community Services Workers work in many aspects of people’s lives and may work with children and families, senior citizens, those living with disabilities, those suffering drug and alcohol dependency, those living with a mental illness and other areas within the community. This course requires work placement which will be organised by SGSCC.
- Relevant to work in the community sector or have sufficient experience and knowledge of community work or service.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Upper intermediate level of English (IELTS Score of 5.5 or equivalent)
All students must undertake the following:
- Working with Children Check
- Criminal Record Check
